1. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once approved and execution has begun. This applies to: fresh flowers and plants; food products (chocolates, cakes, coffee); customized orders; and personal preferences regarding arrangement style or colors after receipt.
2. Substitutions Policy
The shop reserves the right to substitute blooms with similar ones without prior consultation. If you require a specific flower type, please contact us before placing the order.
3. Modifying Delivery Schedule or Location
Changes must be requested at least 3 hours in advance during working hours (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM). Late requests may incur additional delivery fees.
4. Eligible Cases for Refunds or Compensation
Refunds are reviewed only for: clear damage from shipping; completely wrong order; or cancellation 48+ hours before delivery. Report issues same day with photos to t@gmail.com or WhatsApp +201223386575.
5. Receipt and Delivery Responsibilities
Inspect orders at showroom pickup before leaving — taking the order constitutes full approval. Delivery acceptance is final confirmation. Gift orders: verification photos available on request at time of ordering. Shop responsibility ends upon completed delivery.
6. Disclaimer for Incorrect Data or Recipient Absence
No liability for: recipient refusal; absent recipient (flowers left safely, client notified); or incorrect address data provided by client (redelivery fees apply).
7. Refund Mechanism
Approved refunds are processed per the issuing bank’s timeline, exclusively through the original payment method used.
